How can I track my shipment?

Once your order has been processed and dispatched (following the 1–3 business day handling window), you will receive an automated shipping confirmation email containing your parcel tracking number and a direct link to follow your delivery progress online.

What is your return policy?

In accordance with Canadian consumer protection standards, we offer a 30-day return window from the date of physical package delivery. Items must be returned unused, in their original product packaging, with all accessories included. We charge $0 restocking fees.

How do I start a return and get the return address?

To initiate a return, contact our customer service team at info@harper-legacy.com within 30 days of delivery. Upon pre-authorization, our team will issue official return routing instructions and the authorized fulfillment return address.

*Important: Our registered corporate office in Brossard, Quebec is strictly an administrative facility and CANNOT process physical returns. Shipments sent to Brossard without prior authorization will be rejected.

Who pays for return shipping?

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer for standard returns. If an item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, Harper Legacy will cover or reimburse all return postal shipping charges.

When will my refund be completed?

Once your returned package is received and inspected at our logistics center, approved refunds are processed within 7 business days to the original payment method used at checkout.

Please do not send return packages to our Brossard administrative address. All returns must be requested and pre-authorized via email at info@harper-legacy.com to receive return routing instructions and the authorized fulfillment return address. Unauthorized shipments will be rejected.
