Do you ship internationally?

No. At this time, we only ship to addresses within Canada.

Where are your products shipped from?

We ship from our international fulfillment centers to provide you with the best prices.

Can I change or cancel my order?

To help us process orders quickly, any request to change or cancel an order must be submitted within 12 hours of placing your order.

After this period, we may no longer be able to modify or cancel the order if it has already entered processing or shipment. Once your order has been delivered, you may request a return in accordance with our Refund & Return Policy.

Depending on the circumstances, you may be eligible for:

How do I return an item?

What if I receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item?

Please contact us immediately and include:

When will I receive my refund?
